The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates following the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

DELIVERY

Our handcrafted products are made-to-order, with delivery times varying based on the intricacy of the required apparel. Kindly refer to the delivery mentioned on the product page.

RETURNS

1. Our garments are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis. Regrettably, we do not entertain exchanges or returns once an order is confirmed.
2. However, should your outfit arrive with any defects, please promptly reach out to us within 3 days from the date of product delivery at labelnobo@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you.
3. Please note that returns solely for color exchange are not feasible. We encourage you to ensure your color choice before finalising your order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Any defects in your product should be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at labelnobo@gmail.com. Additionally, the replacement of defective pieces will be resolved within 30 days from the date of receipt.

PRIORITY ORDER REQUEST

We do understand that sometimes you wish to order something on a priority basis for a vacation or an important occasion and need the delivery before our delivery timelines. For such cases, please reach out to us on 8652631515 (WhatsApp)  for priority request details. Note that these orders will have extra priority request charges on the product price. Extra priority request charges will be informed to the customer before placing the order. Please note that such orders are fully prepaid.
