Can I Place An Order For A Sold-Out Style?

For Sold-Out styles, if you're registered with us, add them to your Wishlist. Do submit your email address, so we can notify you once these styles are back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team with the product SKU code via Email, Phone Call, Chat or Whatsapp. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again. Or, if these can be tailored for you.

How Do I Use Coupon Codes?

As part of our offers and giveaways, we share coupon code with you. If you’ve received a coupon code from us, you will find it in your email or whatsapp. On adding items to your cart, view your ‘Shopping Cart’ before you proceed to ‘Checkout.’ Enter your coupon code within the area marked out for it. For Domestic Orders (within INDIA), you can make payment by:

Quality Of Label NoBo Products?

We adhere to strict quality and design benchmarks. Every NOBO product goes through a 5 step Quality Check process to ensure that you receive the best.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment gateways, even COD for all products, except orders for customization. For custom orders, COD is not applicable.

Will I Have To Pay Duties Or Taxes?

Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. 

For order within INDIA, the prices include taxes and no extra taxes or duties have to be paid by the customer. 

For all orders outside of India – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. And your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Label NOBO has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery

Does NoBo Ship To Multiple Addresses?

We do not deliver to Multiple Addresses for a single order. If you'd like us to ship to multiple addresses, we request you place separate orders for separate destinations.

Delivery Was Attempted But I Was Unavailable. What Next?

Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in next 2 days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can call or email us regarding the same.

Are There Custom Charges?

For Indian Customers :

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers :

For customers outside India, it's important to note that the prices mentioned at checkout are inclusive of shipping charges but DO NOT include taxes and duties. We believe in maintaining transparency and urge you to please keep in mind that any additional costs such as import duties, custom fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customers and should be paid separately.

How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Order?

Delivery timeline of the product is mentioned on every product page.

For ready to ship products: our delivery time is 7-10 working days from when the order is placed.

For custom products: delivery time is 15 to 20 working days once the order is placed.

Our Dispatch Team ensures timely deliveries across the globe. Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will receive an email and whatsapp from us, which will include delivery dates and tracking details.

How To Track The Order Once Shipped?

You'll receive an email or whatsapp with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

How Does On Priority Delivery Work?

When placing an order online, customers can message on WhatsApp that they want Priority Delivery. The cost for Priority Delivery varies based on factors like the shipping destination, package weight, and the brand’s pricing structure. The priority delivery charges will be informed to the customer prior to placing the order. 

Such orders are delivered in much lesser time then standard orders.

How Can I Inform About Any Defect/Issues In The Product To NoBo?

1. The Customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 to 48 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to NOBO by email, of any matter whereof the Customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.

2. If the Customer fails to give such notice, the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
