Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Label NOBO, we want every outfit to bring you joy and confidence. Each piece is handcrafted with love and care, and we’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfying.
🔁 Returns & Store Credit
• If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it for store credit provided:
• We are notified within 3 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
• Once approved and quality-checked, we’ll issue store credit after deducting ₹400 (delivery cost)
• Store Credit Terms:
• Valid for 3 months
• One-time use only
• Store credit orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or further store credit
🔄 Size Exchange
• We offer size exchanges if requested within 3 days of delivery.
• The garment must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
• After successful quality check, we will dispatch the new size.
• All shipping costs (for both return and re-dispatch) are to be borne by the customer.
🚫 Final Sale Items
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are FINAL SALE.
• These are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
📦 Sensitive / Fragile Items
• Items made of delicate fabrics (like jacquards, nets, etc.) are reviewed upon return.
• NOBO reserves the right to accept or decline returns based on condition at arrival.
• We are not responsible for damage during return transit due to poor repacking.
• If approved, we will offer either a store credit or exchange, at our discretion.
💸 Refunds
• We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
• In case of a genuine defect,we either send a replacement or if a replacement is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the purchase value is issued.
• Important: You must notify us of any defect within 3 days of delivery. After this window, the order will be marked CLOSED and no further action can be taken.
• Store credits will be valid for 3 months and shared via email or WhatsApp.
🌍 International Orders
• All international orders are final sale.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on international shipments.
✂️ Custom Sizing & Priority Orders
• We offer Custom Sizing for customers who require a fit beyond standard sizes (XS–3XL).
• For this, reach out to us via WhatsApp on +91 86526 31515. Our team will guide you and confirm a nominal customisation fee (₹600–₹2000, depending on the garment and changes).
• Please Note: Once a custom or priority order is confirmed and delivered as per the provided measurements:
• The order will be marked CLOSED
• It will not be eligible for return, exchange, alteration, or store credit
