• The fee varies by country and is calculated automatically at the time of payment.

Delivery Timelines:
• International deliveries: 5–10 working days depending on the destination country and local customs processes.
• Most international orders are shipped with express delivery to ensure timely arrival.

Possible Delivery Delays (NOT NOBO’s Responsibility):
We are committed to shipping your order on time, but certain issues beyond our control may cause delays.

These include:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
• Delay in submitting documents requested by our team for customs clearance in India.
• Delay in paying customs duties or taxes in your country.
• Any other hold-up caused by your local customs department.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges:
• Prices shown at checkout include shipping but do not include customs duties, taxes, or VAT.
• These charges are based on your country’s laws and must be paid separately by you.
• NOBO has no control over these additional charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
• Customs and VAT will be applied as per your country’s import regulations.
• You may also be charged handling fees as your parcel passes through customs.

Important:
If you fail to pay these duties/taxes at the time of delivery, your parcel will not be refunded or returned and may be destroyed by your local authorities.
