Return & Exchange Policy

At Label NoBo, we want you to have the perfect fit for every outfit specially crafted for you by our talented artisans.
-If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to offer a size exchange if notified within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

1. Notify us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
2. Please return the item in its original packaging, with all labels and price tags intact. The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition for the exchange to be accepted.
3. Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets our return conditions.
4. Once approved, we will ship the new size to you.

Shipping Costs:
- All shipping charges for returning the product to us and for resending the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

- For all international exchanges, the shipping charges and customs clearance for both sides and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. 

- We at Label NOBO, understand that this might be a tedious process, hence we make sure to give adequate margins for customer comfort. 
- If you encounter any defects with your outfit, please reach out to us within 3 days from the date of delivery via email at labelnobo@gmail.com.
Please note that we do not accept returns solely for color exchanges. We advise customers to carefully consider their color choices before finalizing their orders.

RETURN OF SENSITIVE/FRAGILE ITEMS

For sensitive and fragile fabrics like jacquards,nets but not limited to these, NOBO reserves the exclusive right to accept or decline them upon inspection. These items are susceptible to damage if poorly repacked. NOBO cannot be held responsible for any transit-related damage in such cases. However, for items that meet our quality control standards, we offer either an exchange or store credit, as determined by the NOBO team.

We do not offer any kind of returns and refunds on international orders.


Refund
  1. We do not offer refunds for purchases made through our website. If the desired product has a defect and is unavailable for exchange, we provide store credits equivalent to the purchase amount.
  2. Regarding store credits, Team Nobo will promptly contact customers via phone or email to provide detailed information. These store credits can then be utilized for future purchases on our platform. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Please note that the Store credits have a validity period of three months starting from the day they are added to your account.
